PROJECT OVERVIEW

PALM (Pathway to Air Logistics Mobility) is an innovative program led by SouthernCarolina Alliance in partnership with state allies and private companies to develop an advanced air logistics market around real needs. It identifies time-consequential missions where air service could improve delivery time, reliability, avoided losses, or emergency capability compared with existing options. 

 

PALM matches viable missions with aircraft and operators, then validates whether the benefits and operating conditions support repeatable service or sustained readiness.
